These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pak5x platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino games, and all other services offered to Pakistani players. Please read this document carefully before using pak5x.

The pak5x platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. pak5x will require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any balance held within that account will be forfeited without recourse.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on pak5x. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pak5x uses technical and investigative methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or pending bonuses may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the account registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information pak5x may require. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
pak5x operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations under our international gaming licence. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pak5x may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

pak5x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Bank Alfalah, 1LINK, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak5x does not charge deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own service charges.
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. Depositing via a third-party JazzCash wallet, EasyPaisa account, or bank account — including those belonging to friends or family members — is strictly prohibited. pak5x reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time, and to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed within your pak5x account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction. pak5x reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours to your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or other registered banks. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume. pak5x is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider or recipient bank.
pak5x is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. Deposits must be derived from lawful sources. pak5x reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks, request source-of-funds documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations under our international gaming licence. Withdrawal of deposited funds without genuine gaming activity may be subject to review and restriction.

Each pak5x bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Where bonus abuse is identified, pak5x reserves the right to cancel the applicable bonus and any associated winnings, and to restrict or close the player's account.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spin winnings not wagered within the applicable validity period will be forfeited automatically without notification. It is the player's responsibility to monitor their bonus expiry dates within the pak5x account dashboard.
All sports bets placed on pak5x are subject to acceptance by the Company. pak5x reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed on PSL, international cricket, football, UFC, and any other sporting event — without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.
Odds offered on pak5x are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. pak5x strives to provide competitive odds across all markets, including PSL cricket, Test matches, and T20 internationals, but does not guarantee that odds will be the best available in the market at any given time.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds fluctuate in real time. pak5x reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during delays, interruptions, or pending official decisions. Bets submitted during a suspended market will not be accepted. pak5x is not liable for technical delays that may affect the submission of in-play bets.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: cancellation of an event, insufficient evidence to determine the outcome, obvious pricing errors, and events where the outcome was known to the bettor prior to bet placement. pak5x's decision on void bets is final and binding.
pak5x applies maximum winnings limits per event, per market, and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a bet would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum, pak5x will pay out the maximum limit and the excess will be forfeited.
All pak5x casino games — including slots, table games, and virtual games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. pak5x publishes theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games within the game information panel. Actual results will vary and there is no guarantee of any return on any individual gaming session.
Live casino games at pak5x are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Any unauthorised use of pak5x's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak5x, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pak5x platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — even if pak5x has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pak5x's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the pak5x platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak5x does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for downtime, data loss, or interruptions arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, network outages, or regulatory action.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak5x holds its international gaming licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute process described below.
In the first instance, any dispute regarding a bet, transaction, bonus, or account matter should be submitted to pak5x's customer support team via the live chat function within your account. pak5x will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved at this level, you may escalate the matter to pak5x's formal complaints process by writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint".
pak5x's decisions on sports betting outcomes, game results, void bet determinations, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, except in cases of demonstrable technical or administrative error. Where you believe an error has occurred, you must raise the dispute within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.
pak5x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to payment policies, bonus terms, or player rights — pak5x will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a notice posted on the pak5x platform and, where practicable, via a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.
Your continued use of the pak5x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Any open bets placed prior to the effective date of an amendment will be settled under the Terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
